4. TENTATIVE VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD HEARING DATES

That the Value Adjustment Board receive the tentative dates for the 2026/2026 Value Adjustment Board hearings.
5. RESOLUTION 2026-01 VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD FILING FEES, PROCEDURES AND UNIFORM RULES AND PROCEDURES

That the Value Adjustment Board adopt Resolution 2026-01 establishing filing fees; setting procedures; setting a method of disseminating to petitioner uniform rules and procedures in accordance with the provisions of Section 194.011(5), Florida Statutes and Section 194.013, Florida Statutes; providing an effective date.
